The Arabian Gulf Hospitality Company, renowned for its expertise in luxury hotel and resort management, aimed to create a distinct brand identity for Ghodran Resort in Al-Baha, Saudi Arabia. The challenge was to blend modern luxury with traditional authenticity, attracting families, tourists, and business travelers. Despite the company’s strong reputation, the brand narrative needed to highlight the resort’s unique features and its alignment with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals of promoting it’s tourism and sustainability.
The Assignment
Through market research and cultural analysis, we identified drivers that would resonate with Ghodran Resort’s target audience. Focus groups with potential guests and stakeholders revealed a strong desire for authentic cultural experiences combined with modern comforts. Our research emphasized sustainability and community support, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.
Ghodran Resort offered a unique escape in Al-Baha, but its brand message needed clarity on why this experience was exceptional. By focusing on the resort’s integration of local culture, natural surroundings, and commitment to sustainability, we developed a compelling brand story that resonated with both local and international audiences.
The Challange

Inspired by Al-Baha’s natural beauty and cultural heritage, the visual and narrative framework emphasized the resort’s unique features and serene atmosphere, creating an unforgettable experience for guests.
Transformation
The visual identity, drawing on traditional architecture and natural landscapes, used a sophisticated design language reflecting luxury and comfort. The color palette and imagery evoked Al-Baha’s tranquility and richness, creating a strong sense of place and authenticity.
We showcased the resort’s sustainability and community support initiatives, positioning Ghodran Resort as a leader in sustainable luxury hospitality. The rebrand integrated the resort’s cultural and natural assets with a modern, luxurious experience, making it a must-visit destination for all travelers.
