Crafting Timeless Luxury with Authentic Charm in Al-Baha
Overview
The Arabian Gulf Hospitality Company, renowned for its expertise in luxury hotel and resort management, aimed to create a distinct brand identity for Ghodran Resort in Al-Baha, Saudi Arabia. The challenge was to blend modern luxury with traditional authenticity, attracting families, tourists, and business travelers. Despite the company’s strong reputation, the brand narrative needed to highlight the resort’s unique features and its alignment with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals of promoting it’s tourism and sustainability.
عملنا عند تطويرنا لهوية منتج غدران البصرية بتوظيف مجموعة من الأفكار والمعاني المرتبطة بروح منطقة الباحة الأثرية من العمارة التقليدية والمناظر الطبيعية، استخدمت لغة تصميم راقية تعكس الفخامة والراحة. كانت لوحة الألوان والرسومات تعبر عن هدوء وغنى منطقة الباحة، مما يخلق إحساسًا قويًا بالمكان والأصالة.
The challenge
To capture Ghodran Resort’s essence, we developed a brand identity highlighting its luxurious offerings and connection to local culture and environment. Inspired by Al Baha’s natural beauty and cultural heritage, the Ghodran Resort logo features Al Baha traditional windows, a minimalist letter “G,” and horizontal lines representing Sadu weaving and roller blinds.
The result
The visual identity, drawing on traditional architecture and natural landscapes, used a sophisticated design language reflecting luxury and comfort. The color palette and imagery evoked Al-Baha’s tranquility and richness, creating a strong sense of place and authenticity
