Building a Premium B2C Identity for Domestic Labor Services in Saudi Arabia
Overview
Gadha was created as a new consumer-facing brand for SRACO HR, designed to separate its B2C domestic labor services from its corporate manpower division. The project aimed to build a modern Saudi brand that reflects trust, hospitality, reliability, and elevated living while appealing to families seeking professional domestic support services.
The Challenge
The domestic labor sector is often positioned around functionality and pricing, with little emotional connection between the brand and the customer. SRACO HR wanted Gadha to feel different. The challenge was to create a brand that feels dependable and premium while remaining approachable and culturally connected to Saudi households.
The new identity needed to balance professionalism with warmth, ensuring the service felt trustworthy without becoming overly corporate. It also had to translate seamlessly across Arabic and English while supporting a growing digital ecosystem that included mobile booking, scheduling, loyalty systems, and customer support experiences.
Beyond the digital experience, the brand needed enough flexibility to extend naturally into branch branding, vehicle graphics, uniforms, outdoor campaigns, and social media communication.
The Solution
Deepmark developed the brand identity, and digital direction for Gadha, creating a modern Saudi lifestyle brand centered around trust, comfort, and reliability.
The visual identity combined a house shape with a checkmark to symbolize comfort, trust, and verified service quality.
While the color palette was inspired by Saudi Arabia’s lavender identity and hospitality culture, blending deep plum and soft lavender tones to create a premium yet welcoming feel.
