Reimagining Neighborhood Healthcare Through a Human-centered Brand

Nehla Medical Centre set out to redefine what local healthcare could feel like moving beyond the typical clinical, transactional experience into something more human, reassuring and accessible.
The challenge was clear: create a brand that balances medical credibility with emotional comfort. One that feels trustworthy yet warm, professional yet deeply personal. At the same time, the identity needed to stand out in a saturated healthcare market, resonate with families and individuals alike, and translate seamlessly across physical and digital touchpoints.
From strategy to execution, our role was to build a cohesive brand system from identity and visual language to communication and application that reflects care not just as a service, but as an experience.
Overview
The brand was anchored around a simple but powerful idea: care that feels close.
We translated this into a visual and verbal identity rooted in calmness, clarity and human connection. The logo symbol combines a crescent-inspired form with a human figure subtly reflecting protection, nurturing and continuity while placing the patient at the center of the experience.
Color played a critical role. A spectrum of greens was introduced to express renewal, balance and wellbeing. The brighter tones evoke freshness and vitality, while deeper forest greens ground the brand in trust and stability. Together, they create a soothing yet confident presence across all touchpoints.
